Binger is a lifelong resident of Northwest Ohio and is a licensed Realtor Broker in both Ohio and Michigan holds the CRS designation. He has owned multiple businesses from conception and has experienced great success in all of his endeavors. Binger’s success within the real estate profession allows him to support his favorite charities: Habitat for Humanity and Children’s Miracle Network. As Director of Foreign Missions at his church, Binger has led numerous humanitarian mission trips to various countries including Honduras, Nicaragua, Belize, Guatemala, and Mexico. Binger is also an FAA licensed pilot and enjoys flying multi-engine planes in his spare time. His experience, work ethic and love for people are evident in his daily interactions.

Kelly Cody is a lifelong resident of the Northwest Ohio area and a graduate of the University of Toledo. Kelly currently resides in Sylvania, Ohio with her husband and three children. Kelly loves spending time with family and friends while living and working in the community. Amir has been a lifelong resident of Northwest Ohio and resides here with his wife and son. He has a bachelor’s degree in math and a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Toledo and has been teaching high school math since 2006. He is an avid practitioner of Tae Kwon Do and is a 3rd degree black belt instructor. Amir’s passion and natural abilities for teaching are evident while guiding his clients through the journey to home ownership.
